I have a MSI k8n neo with the realtek 97 onboard sound with my new klipsch 5.1's. Should i upgrade to a new soundcard? Is the sound gonna be a TON better or barely noticeable? I know onboard has gotten better lately so i just wanna double check.

Id really like to know the answer to this also..
I have a live 5.1 already but my new MB has 7.1 sound on it from the factory..
Today is my Bday and I was thinking about buying myself the same 5.1s you have

Dude....Realtek totally sucks
Realtek onboard audio has no highs, no lows, and no mids...plus it generates a helluva lot of noise
Get the Audigy, great speakers + crappy sound card = waste of money
