Audigy 2 in device manager?

Can someone tell me if the SB Audigy 2 card shows up in the windows xp device manager as just "Creative SB Audigy"? (no number 2 after it).

I had an interesting time getting the drivers installed, so I wanted to make sure that these are in fact audigy 2 drivers I'm running.

My Audigy 2 shows up as just Creative SB Audigy in Device Manager even with the latest drivers from Creative.

Btw, has anyone tried just installing the latest drivers without installing any of the previous ones? On creative's site, it states the prerequisite for the latest drivers (feb 03) is the previous december 02 drivers have been installed. However, the new drivers seemed to install fine by themselves with no previous drivers. A little strange since the new ones are only 5.8 meg and the previous ones were 8 meg.
 
I've tried a few different ways, through individual install, webupdate thingy, and just the latest. All of 'em bo0rked in one way or another, so I just wiped em and stuck with the original ones on the disc. I guess this is Creative's way of making sure you have an original disk or something, but all of these fragment updates = annoying. None of the release notes have given me a compelling reason to update, so I'm not gonna.
