audigy 2 and vista 64

is anyone else using this combo without issue. It seems to work OK, but then once in a while it goes haywire. On top of which the current drivers seems to suck. I am getting tired of this whole thing.

Genereally things are pretty bad with Audigy 2 and Vista. X-Fi is sort of ok, I still have some errors with it though.

I miss the stereo surround setting in CMSS (the older Audio Console trick only seems superficial for me). Noticed some crackling in Bioshock with the July drivers. Other than that I haven't run into issues.

I'm using an Audigy 4 and Vista x64,been fine for me so far with about 100 games tested.

Alchemy wrapper is hit or miss depending on the game however.

Audigy 2 ZS seems to be fairly happy with Vista x64 here, had a couple of BSOD since installing everything on the new PC but can't pin it to the soundcard and the computer is still settling down

Sometimes my sound completely stops with vista x64 and an audigy 2 original.
