Audigy 2 and the ZS?

Whats the difference between the two? Just 6.1 and 7.1?

Is there a difference sound quality wise?

i believe that it is pretty much just 7.1, and if the ZS is capable of richer and more vareity of freq's you are not going to here the difference unless your a total and complete audiophile and have those 3000$ headphones...

either way i still got the ZS...not really sure the differences though...is the 2 is a lot cheaper go for it i say...

Watch out for the "different" ZS cards for sale. the Gamer, etc. are all the same exact card, with different bundles. Usually, the included games aren't worth installing, but the price goes up.

was offered a Audigy 2 bare for $35 plus shipping used. The ZS is roughly $15-30 higher used.
