Audigy 2 and Logitech Z-680 speakers

Anybody else ever have this issue? I'm not sure if im plugging everything in correctly, and i dont have the Logitech documentation, but i can only seem to get sound out of 2 speakers. The Logitech connectors are black, green, and yellow.....are these standard colors? Is the Z-680 both analog and digital? Speaker setup is always the biggest pain in the ass for me.
 
nevermind....figured it out....had to be black in the rear output, yellow in the center/sub, green in the front...and set to direct dolby PL2, whatever the hell that is.
