Audigy 1 or onboard

The audigy should offload some of the EAX processing if you have that enabled, which would give you a small performance increase. The sound quality is probably better too. If you already have the audigy, I'd say put it in.
 
The CPU usage will prolly be better w/ the Audigy but other than that I'd say they are pretty comparable. Onboard sound is fairly good these days for the most part.
 
i use the audigy card cause i have it. Not the best reason i'm sure, but i haven't had problems with it, and i know it sounds good with my z560's so it stays in.
