The son of Jack Nicklaus (the golfer guy) was there as I took delivery of my R8. He bought an SQ8.

We had the same salesman. Apparently, some random guy buying an R8 isn't as important as the son of Jack Nicklaus. He took care of me though.

Very nice car, one of my favs all time. Probably top five. As bas as it sounds, that price isn't even bad. A 2018 V10, same color used in town is $153,480. Ridiculous when new cars are often cheaper than used for the same or close to models.

What what you mean took it out...that's probably some park just behind your massive back yard. ...you mean you rolled it out of the garage, snapped some pics, then rolled it back in, right? I think that's what's happening.

You've kept the precious locked away in your garage the last 2 weeks, just talking to it and rubbing it with a diaper in between benchmarking runs of your 3090-Ti. Haven't you? HAVEN'T YOU?!

You have me figured out.

It was taken at a local park. It was in between my house and the UPS store for a package delivery.

This is the second day of driving it (not counting the day I drove it home). Weather has been cold and rainy most of the time since buying it.

People have been begging and pleading with me to post new photos of the R8. It got so bad that I reached the limit on the number of PMs I could receive. In order to stem the tide and satisfy the needs of those that are requesting them, I'm posting new photos of the car.

Amazing ride - congrats.

It's on a far smaller scale but during the pandemic I picked up a 2014 Boxster S with 16K miles and it's honestly been one of the best purchases I've made for myself and my sanity. I DD it with the California weather and lucked out as I got it before prices went wacko.

Drive it hard everyday buddy.

I was looking at interior pics and the first few showed no cup holders and I thought, "OMG, poor Adam!" Then I saw that the arm opens to reveal the needful. :)

Also: need to post interior shots.

It actually looks pretty subtle for an exotic car with such insane performance. It would make a great daily driver.

All of the sportier trimmed Audi's are more daily driver oriented compared to their direct competitors.

Vette kills it every which way all ways all day every day. That thing is a giant, stinking corn-filled turd compared to the Vette LOL.
