WRX only if you want cheap thrills.

If you're more into luxury, features, and quality sector of the market, I'd go for the Quattro over any of the 330xi/325xi.

Audi then Subaru then BMW if you are just rating the AWD system. For over all car I would have to take the BMW over the Subaru but the Audi over both.
