Audi in talks to buy Ducati

Not sure if this is a good thing... While it might keep Ducati afloat, what would Audi bring to the table aside from money? Can't imagine there's a lot of engineering know-how to share.

Ducati is historically a fairly 'proud' company, I doubt they would do this unless it doesn't hurt their brand image.
