My dealer wants around $1000-1200 for it. I am in VT and was wondering if it was worth it or if there is any way to get it cheaper and still get service at Audi dealers.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

How many extra years will it give you?

my friend bought one for his 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT
it has like 44k on it right now
he has it for 10/100.000
he thought it was worth it since he is gonna keep the car longer

If you plan on keeping it for awhile, i would say its definately worth it. I know for a fact that Audi/VW charges up the ass for even the smallest repairs. I would go for it...

If it saves your butt from a $2500 transmission job (Example), at a time when you have no money, it was worth it. ;)
It's not a question of if something will break, but more a question of when. You're investing in protection, so do it.
