But they were barely gone! Instead they're dropping out of Formula E - probably because they couldn't bring sufficient mechanical dominance to the sport.

At least this means LMDh/Hyper Car will have a decent starting grid to kick off. I wonder if LMH will benefit from the popularity of LMDh, or if they will cannibalize one another, and how WEC will do in the top class.

Exciting times - as if we hadn't had enough of those recently.
