Hi All,

I am thinking of purchasing a used 1997 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro. The maintenance to change the timing belt is coming up within 10k miles. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in how much it costed them to change on their Audi.

I know that on my Accord it costed $500 for timing belt+water pump.

Thanks!
Hubert

hmmm, i would be careful. maybe you should take it to a mechanic first before buying it. Audis' are definately expensive cars to maintain.
