I find it horribly ugly. I can't stand that focus/hatchback look. I love the A4, A6, S4, and A8.

I think most of those hatchback coupes are ugly, regardless of brand. The only one that looks 'cute' is the Cooper.

Its not a 1.8T and its not 2001-2002 model. So it's not affected. 🙂 Tho I'm pretty sure other parts will fall apart. Like, the steering wheel.

I'm not sure what I think of a three door Audi, but with a 6 + Quattro I wouldn't kick it out of bed.

Any estimates on performance? It looks pretty small, it might haul ass with a potent enough engine.

The thing looks angry. Looks better than the GTI... but its still ugly. I do like that engine though.

Scroll up to my first post...I can't believe no one else made note of Audi's new 3.2L V6...to replace the 3.0 I'm sure. That will impact not only the A3, but A4 and A6 as well.

I think the Passat's are going to be getting the 3.2, along with the Audi TT's.

the 3.2 wont be making it to the A4 cause the 3.2 is a transvers design(VW VR6) but Audi is aware that they need more power and my inside sources tell me that the 3.0 was originally designed for a 260 hp output but was detuned for the CVT transmission which is currently only rated for 225lb-ft of torque, and I hear of some scrambling going on at Audi about this

Are we going to see an S3? RS3? quattro A3 (no, not A3 Quattro as in what they have now, but an A3 tuned by their 'quattro' performance group...jeez that's confusing!)

EDIT: WTF? Interior looks as basic as a Honda...strange since VW's are prized for their nicely appointed interiors (and this is an Audi!)

quattro isn't a performance group IIRC, only 4-wheel drive, no?
