ATX12V 2.0 -5V Rail for AMD

Hi. ....I know that Intel removed the -5V rail requirement from their Standard, but what about AMD? I'm building my first AMD system. Do I need a power supply that still has a -5V rail? If so, what needs it for power? Thanks for your help
 
-5v is no longer used.

...although someone once pointed out a MSI board with onboard soundblaster that used it. I don't remember if it was an amd or intel board.
