ATX to BTX converter???

Do they even make them? I know youcan get an BTX and it comes with a atx converter....but I have an ATX PSU and a BTX mobo... .Do any of you guys know where to get one if made?

BTX is represented by case design by taking the motherboard, flipping it upside down so the gpu is on top of the CPU and the cpu/hs setup gets fresh cold air from the back of the case... This is an answer to Intels' heat problem, NOT AMDs.
