ATX Power Supply Help

I'm currently looking for a new power supply to power a new 2.8 p4 800mhz with Gigabyte Gigabyte GA-8KNXP motherboard, any suggestions on what power supply i should get. I would prefer that it is under $100, preferably around 40-60, however i will go higher if it is worth the cost. I also don't want the power supply to sound like a v10 engine, however it doesn't have to act like it is not there at all.
Thanks for the help

Any good 300W unit should work fine with a P4. Any of the following brands should work just dandy: Heroichi (HEC, sold under Compucase on newegg), Sparkle/Fortron, Enermax. They are all available from newegg for around $30. Of course if you just want to spend some money, there's always PC Power & Cooling (largely made to spec by ChannelWell, I understand)...
. I hesitate buying Antec because it is going thru one more layer of middlemen (apparently Antec actually manufactures very little - seems to behave like a packager - PSUs by ChannelWell, cases by ChenMing, etc.) before getting to the end user. In the end it's up to you. These are the ones most mentioned in a positive light by users. I like my Sparkle very much and I have put lots of Sparkle/Fortron in systems for friends. I wouldn't do that if I thought I'd get support headaches from them.
