ATX mobo extended atx power supply

I have a asus kv8 and I would like to put it in my 3U antec case but I just noticed the antec power supply cable is bigger than the plugin on my motherboard. Is it possible to still use this, can I get a converter, or is this not going to work at all and I will have to just get a new case.

Did the PSU not come with an adaptor? All new PSUs should come with this new larger style of connector - and all I've seen come with an adaptor, so you can still use them with older boards.
