you can...but it would be much easier to just buy a new case and psu...the only way to do it is to put a new backplate from an atx case on your at case...i dont think its worth the work
I agree. You're probably better off getiing a new ATX case.
Though if you've got a full tower (plenty of room) you may be
able to do it.
I on the other hand purchased an AT/ATX case with an AT PS a couple
of years ago. In a couple of months I'll be sticking an ATX PS in
it with an ATX switch...and I'm set to go......

i had an old dell tower that i made into ATX from AT...not too hard really i just measured and cut away a rectangle around the keyboard hole...not as clean as nice as it could be but then i dont look at the back of my case too much, so its not a big deal
