ATX 2.03, what's new?

I think they have 2 extra connectors for the motherboard. Something about providing more power to the AGP and PCI ports.

The 400w PS in my SX1040 (Antec) case is P2.03 compliant. It does have two extra connector. One's a square 4-pin, the other a straight 8-pin (I think it's 8-pin) I have an ATX mobo. I just ziptie the extra connector up and out of the way.
