I have freaking 4 months left on my last contract with them. Best part is I lost my phone, replaced it with another Nokia 6800 I found on eBay from a seller that was pissed off & put a low "Buy it Now" on it because of a non-paying bidder for the phone... I had the service suspended on the phone I lost and asked them to send me a new SIM card the same day (2 weeks ago). They still haven't sent me the SIM card. I had to unlock the phone & steal a card from one of the kid's T Mobile phones so I could use it.

Can't wait for another 45 minutes on hold to beg them for a new SIM card.
