ATTO results - is this anywhere near acceptable?

I am having trouble with BF2, specifically map loading times have increased dramatically. I've done all of the normal system maintenance and optimization that you would normally do, including defragging all driver, running av & spyware detection, minimizing memory resident programs in startup. Still load times are way too long, when they used to be reasonable.

One thing that makes me suspect my HD is that the last time I flashed my bios (to update it), the new bios had S.M.A.R.T. HDD detection, which had never been included in any previous bios. Well it turns out that the bios itself was bad, and the manufacturer (MSI) had pulled it from their site the next day. Once I had flashed to it, I had all sorts of problems and could barely get my system to run, so I reflashed to the previous bios and all was good. The thing that worried though, was that this S.M.A.R.T. HDD thing told me at bootup that my HD was going to experience imminent failure, or some crap like that. I wasn't too sure how much to heed that warning, since the bios was borked, so I did nothing about the HD.

So anyway, today I ran ATTO to bench my HD, default settings except for using 32mb file length. Now I haven't had the need to do any benching like this in quite some time, but I seem to recall my old system running at 32MB/S or so in ATTO. When I ran it today, the results were around 7MB/S. Does that sound right, or does that signify that there is a problem? If there is a problem, how do i find out what it is?
