hello,
My company has decided to switch to this Data Management software(?). and i've been asked to work with/Support this. i've been trying to get some info about this system with little success. B&N and other bookstores in my area do not carry anything about it. ditto amazon.
googled it, but most of the hits have also offered little help.

any of you guys have any experience with this system?

I ran across it once while I worked in database. The little I know that it is like any other advance POS software that includes advance functions such as PO & sales statistic.

Most enterprise B-to-B/CRM type stuffs don?t have much in a way of literature because it gives their partners advantage at peddling (selling) the software. There are manuals/online helps once you are customer that is usually included to help the users with it.

Check their web site or call to see if you can get more information on their products, they may have representative partners in your local, and there could be local and/or online user groups that could better answer your question.
