Get lost you bleeding heart dumbass. You're the reason why many of the problems that exist persist.

I think your user rating of "1" shows how well your opinion is valued by others. Get lost, troll.

OMG! That is more than truly pathetic. Completely and utterly as pathetic as your bleeding heart existence.

I implore you to give me a break, and the rest of the forum a break from such pathetic posts.

Yes we all know user rateing tells us everything we want to know about a person. So if his opinion is NOT valued by others then i guess yours really aint either. 4 is nothing to brag about.

What the hell are you talking about? Why the hell would you take his side? "Get lost you bleeding heart dumbass" is his response to my non-flammatory opinion. Yeah, he's really contributing to this forum. Look at his response to alkemyst's post. This guy's a troll and nothing else. He has a user rating of 1 because other people have recognized this. That's why I brought up his user rating (mr. 2.19)

You're just a person that could not formulate a retort. At least with any form of intelligent answer to my pronouncing people such as yourself being part of todays problems and the cause of them to persist. In your futility, you levy the "troll" moniker in my direction. That's just fine. It would have been better for you not to even bother.

In November 1997, Smith was arrested on a charge of kidnapping and false imprisonment in neighboring Manatee County. He was acquitted of those charges a year later.

According to records from the Manatee County Sheriff's Department, a woman accused Smith of grabbing her as she was walking along a street and threatening to "cut her if she failed to remain quiet."

A passing vehicle stopped and intervened, allowing her to flee, records said.

The records also said Smith told authorities "he had been in an altercation earlier" that evening "and wanted somebody to walk with."

A few months before, Smith was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon -- a knife, according to his arrest record from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

He should NOT have been on the streets.

On the bright side he did pick a hell of a state to do it in, they love their electric chair & they have a Bush for governor.

He's screwed.

Viper GTS

If I was governor of that state, I would call at the last second and get him to think he's getting a stay of execution, then laugh in his ear.

I don't see the need to respond to your post, because you don't deserve one. Posting such things as "get lost you bleeding heard dumbass" only shows that you aren't open to listening to anyone elses opinions. So why should I even bother responding?

:| I cannot imagine what its like for that family. To lose your 11 year old daughter is unfathomable. And yet it happens all the time; this girl became newsworthy for one reason or another.

However, I don't want him to fry. I don't believe in the death penalty. Jail time is much more appropriate for this guy. We've all heard stories of what the other inmates do to child molestors in the big house. (and I'd be very surprised if this girl wasn't raped) I can't think of a better punishment for this guy: to not only spend your life in jail, but to spend it in constant fear of your fellow inmates - people already proven to be capable of the worst crimes imaginable. A life of fear and the occasional punishment that you can't avoid, that's a better punishment than the death penalty.

You go you! Yeah save a life, cost more!

You do realize he has gotten jail time and punishment SEVERAL times now already....doesn't seem to be stopping this guy. If anything getting caught teachs you what not to do the next time.

The whole 'what they do to you on the inside' is perhaps true once. Due to lawsuits and all the other BS from people that think like you, should he cry he feels endangered he will get his own little private 'chateau' where he can serve his sentence relatively worry free. You also have to figure other child molesters will problem team up while inside to maximize their livability.

Å

Yeah, take the easy way out! Just kill him! To me, that is the equivalent of sweeping the problem under the carpet. I don't think the death penalty deters anyone. I know that for me, I'd rather die than spend life in a prison cell. So why should I get what I want if I committed a crime like this?

Besides, I didn't see Jeffrey Dahmer getting any private sanctuary...

Dahmer was kept in solitary, but I believe there was a minor "clerical error" in which he was accidentally left alone with a couple of other inmates and a shiv.

I can't help thinking about how Carlie should have had the chance to grow up and live her life, as I get older it always feels so wrong that someone so much younger than I has gone away.

I have no desire to waste a thought on the person responsible for this, but I think as a society we can do a lot to reduce the frequency of these kind of things.

1. longer prison terms for violent offenders and a lot more restrictions after a prisoner is released. I don't know why this guy wasn't still in jail for his previous actions, other than we don't want to spend the money for more prisons and more parole officers.

2. on the other hand we need to do a lot better job identifying people's problems and treating them for them. I'm talking about early in life, if there wasn't such a stigma attached to mental health care, maybe we could reduce the number of fvcked up people walking the Earth.

I'm not saying there aren't incurable people that need to be put away forever, or even eliminated, and this case might be that kind of person, but I think if our goal is to actually stop this from happening as much as possible, just punishing criminals after it's too late is not the only thing we could try to do.

yup i figured she was dead for a while. Statistics dont lie. after 24 hours your chances of survival drop very close to zero.

I would say solitary confinementfor life. No sense wasting money on that motherfcker for death penalty.

That being said if i was the father and the guys gets convicted, id put my brother's .223 colt ar-15 to use. At that point the consequences would hardly matter to me

Well I have embarrassed a few father's in my time that were unfairly treating me. I spared my ex-wife's father a beating I wish I gave him (I was leaving had he shoved me hard from behind enough to sort of whiplash me)...

Having a kid hurt doesn't give you a black belt and fighting emotionally is usually easily thwarted.

When my fiancee was in HS, she was "abducted" by a black male while walking home. He told her he had a gun in his pocket and to go with him. He took her down the block... and along the way she looked at a passer-by right in the eyes with a desperate look... and he saw but ignored her. Luckily, another guy... an older gentleman saw the situation (an asian HS girl with a black male near his 40s walking along and none too happy) and asked her if she was ok. She started crying and the black dude ran away. Close call. This was in NYC (in a part of chinatown).

I only learned of this last month... and we've been together for almost 5 years. Scary $#it, let me tell you. I'm sure this happens all the time too. Her family moved the hell out of the area immediately after.

Dude get a grip really!

Drivel?? many think nothing of the criminal being bound....I am sure some do....

Regardless I doubt more than 1/10 of the population could even carry out a handcuffed beating of another person, yet alone dismemberment regardless of the situation.

Good thing it worked out for your friend even though the whole reason was based on 'profiling'....as soon as I saw you mention 'black male' I almost didn't read further.

That's a scary story. I wish there were more people like that old man. Sadly, most people would just turn their heads in that situation and hope that someone else intervenes. People suck.

"Black" and "asian" are adjectives. Using them to describe people is fine to everyone but the super sensitive crybabies.

You wouldn't be suspicious if you saw that situation walking down the street at you?

Hmm I don't think that was the purpose here...I can agree when you are saying 'no, the black guy over there' but really asian versus black had no bearing on this story and it could have been easily stated as they looked out of place together and with the age difference that would be understood.

However the whole situation was one of profiling. I don't care how many criminals it catches...if you stop every 'black' guy walking with a younger 'non-black' female that's BS.

I wouldn't be suspicious of that no....if the woman looking distressed or there was a conflict than yeah. However where I live it's not unusual to see 30 year differences of age nor color differences.

Still even though it's common I tire of hearing 'oh no here comes a black guy, we better hide our bags'

Very sad day..

There isn't much that gets to me, but when it involves children, it is something else altogether.

The rest of his life should be made a living hell, and i hope the inmates whereever he is going to be sent will make sure of that.

Death penalty is too good for this guy.

Edit: Update, Suspect in custody, child still missing.

Edit #2: Little girls body found, suspect charged with murder.

that's horrible.

I agree with everything you said. I'm the same way, not much gets to me either, except when it comes to stories like this. I've been in a crappy mood since I heard they found her body, and even had tears in my eyes a few times when thinking about what that sick fvck did, and the horror that scared little girl must've been feeling and what she went through. He SHOULD NOT spend the rest of his life in jail, at the taxpayers expense, three square meals a day. Fvck that. He can't get fried fast enough.
