My employer has had a Pair low-end account ($18?) for a second webserver for several years, with very very close to zero downtime. I don't think it's been down once this year.
 
Limiting things like MySQL databases, mail accounts, ftp accounts, etc, is just plain silly IMO.

Just a different way of doing things: they take away freedom but give you security and reliability in return.

Our primary company website is with ServInt though, since we did need more freedom for it 🙂
