ATTN PHOTOSHOP ELITES: How do you make a jpeg file size smaller without shrinking the image too much???

i have a file that's in psd and when i convert it to jpeg, it's about 72 KB. is there anyway i can reduce the file size to 15K without shrinking it to a bacteria size or completely killing the quality? I don't mind some quality loss or reduction in the size of the picture as long as it's not too much. thanks ahead.

Depends on how discerning your eyesight is, I guess. I got it down to 40k, but I'm not sure if it was worth the reduction. Getting it down to 15k loses pretty much all quality.
