Can people in Canada / India please try to access http://dynamohosting.net ?

My friend is running this website, but he says people in Canada / India can't browse to his site. I have tested browsing to his site from several different machine without a problem.

Can you please let me know how it goes ? Can you also let me know who your ISP is ?
