What is the episode where it starts off where this clown/homeless man guy is bleeding and he's riding up an escelator and a guy sees him and once the guy sees him, the clown collapses and then it ends the beginning of the scene. Apparently the clown's testicles were cut off or something.

At the end of the episode, where the people are testifying, the daughter testifies and says that she did it and not her mother. And then they don't know whether or not to believe her because if they drop the charges against the mother it would be Double Jeopardy so anyway, they drop the charges against the mother, take in the daughter, they find out that the mother did it and they can do nothing about it.

That's really all I can remember about the episode.

I don't know how many episodes deal with castration, but that's really the only thing I remember about the episode.

Um yeah, that would be the episode where the clown's testicles were cut off then the mother gets away with it due to double jeopardy, yep.

now is double jeopardy when u are CHARGED with the same crime, or TRIED for the same crime twice???

Dogg

i think its tried, and if it is, then if the prosuecution drops its case, then are actually tried for that crime?? u know like if half way through they find out someone else did it, but then later they find that the org. person did it, now they had dropped the case, is that still considering being tried????
