ATTN: IT Managers

My Director asked me to come up with a document for the managers in our group to use to review thier direct reports.

He wants a standard process in place for each manager to set goals, grade performance, and address issues with their reports.


Do any of you have anything like this you could share?

mostly simple stuff but it should get you started 🙂
