I walked outside about 20 minutes ago, and looked up at the full moon. There is a very large, perfectly symmetrical ring around it. It's very odd looking and I've never seen anything like it. It's not spectacular, it just looks strange. I'm in Michigan, any other Michiganders around to take a peak?

Going out right now to take another look, was out an hour ago didn't see anything. But I'll look again at the thang.

Edit: Just looks like a little eery glow, kinda seems like clouds almost? (I'm in Michigan too)

those were really awesome, i saw them all the way down in milwaukee.

those were really awesome, i saw them all the way down in milwaukee.
They went as far south as Georgia I believe.

I would love to see them again. My sky here was a freaky shade of undulating green.

I think there may be some pics kicking around the web from that night.
