anybody remember that huge easter egg in IE4 where when you went to Help>About and dragged the "e" icon onto the world, the world would explode and you'd get this long list of credits and stuff

Yep  Also the pinball game in Word 97 by typing "Blue ", bolding it, and making it blue. Then go to About > Word 97 and click on the "W".

As far as I know IE stopped putting the mozilla aboutURL in its registry directory a while ago. But if you want the effect of it, just make...

<HTML><BODY BGCOLOR="#0000EE"></BODY></HTML>

Into an .html file, save it, and go into registry editor under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AboutURLs

In there, add a new String Value and name it mozilla. For its value just enter the path to the .html. Close registry editor and open a new IE and type about:mozilla

I guess the reference was supposed to mean that Mozilla browsers crashed Windows. And that it was BAD! *mimics crucifix*
