Does anyone know of any asian grocery stores in the Baltimore County area around the northern section of the beltway? (Timonium, Towson, etc.) Thanks.

Edit: Even if you can't help, bumps are appreciated. 🙂

Can not advise in Baltimore County. Lived south of there.

Best thing would be do go to an Asian resteraunt and ask.

Below are two that I can remember, I know there are others.

In PG County, go south on Indian Head highway from the beltway to Ft Washington. On the right just before a shopping center. It was there Apr 2004.

Good size one in Montgomery County east of Rockville. Saw it there in Fall 2003.

There's a really good one in Catonsville, but that's all that comes to mind.

Hanahreum is just off Exit 15 W of the Beltway. Another one is Lotte located at where Rt. 29 meets Rt. 40.

I'm outside your window right now!

p.s. There is the Korean Marketplace off route 40 towards catonsville. I forget the name even though I've been there half a dozen times.

Also, I would hardly call Towson "lower Baltimore County" LOL.

Good point, I just meant not up toward PA. Perhaps northern part of the beltway would be a better description.

That's the only one I can think of off the top of my head.

Dude, we don't have ANYTHING up here. That's why we're better than you.

I've lived downtown for six years now and I'm finally moving up to the county so I assure you, just about anything is better than what I'm used to.
