I have a problem.... maybe someone knows a cheap and easy way to do this....
First I have 2 loops of electricity...
Loop 1 is 8 volts DC and is always on unless someone is depressing a button.
Loop 2 is 18 volts AC and is open...
Now what i am trying to do is.... If Someone is pressing a button and my 8 volts DC goes to 0 volts..... I want to close my loop 2 of 18 volts AC....
Normally I use a relay to do soemthing like this... but loop 1 usually would have 0 volts unlesss someone was depressing the button.... When someone depresses the button it pulls the 18 volts together.... This is the opposite... I basically want loop 2 open if loop 1 is on and if loop 1 goes off for the duration of the button being pressed, i want loop 2 on....
Any ideas?
