this is a mailing list with archives back to '93. great resource for all Thinkpad models. I've found many answers to my Thinkpad questions (600E, X20, T20, T23).

IBM's own website is a great resourse for documentation, divers, BIOS, etc. Everything is neately categorised and easy to find.

very true.

however, the Thinkpad mailing list has cool "undocumented" stuff too. lots of stuff users find out by trying things like upgrading CPU's and such. like when i had my Thinkpad 600E, i found out that it could take 512MB sodimms....this was obivously undocumented.
