yes, they do. which sucks when you order a chenbro junior with an enermax.

I always ordered the case without a power supply so I don't know. If you want a retail boxed Enermax you might want to order it separately to make sure. It might even be cheaper to add it to your cart separately. I think they might charge for labor to put it in the case or something.

I picked mine up (didn't ship), and the PS wasn't installed. But I'd not be surprised if they installed it to make shipping easier.

I'd imagine if you specifically asked that they not install the PS in the comments field of your order, they wouldn't do it.
