Attention users of the ATOFFTOPIC.COM email

Though I sent out an email for this, but I messed up on the coding some how sooo here is the story.

We are swithcing servers over this week and I am expecting some interruption in the email service.

unfortunately i am going to have to recreate all the accounts over the next few days. I will be assigning new passwords for all the users as well which should be going to your email accounts on the old server.

I am going to try to get out an email notice out tonight for all the users.

The IP address for the current server is 69.93.110.196.

I have until the end of the month to get everything moved over and tested on the new server.


Server specs

old server
celeron 2.4
512 MB RAM

New Server
Dual Xeon
1GB RAM 😀
H-Sphere control panel (tons better then the craptastic c-panel)


Edit new server is running

going to add a dns entry so we can get resolution to the old server now 😉

If you have root access to both servers you should easily be able to do it with no downtime 🙂

I find it hard to belevie that a 2.4Ghz celeron was too slow to handle so few email accounts that you can reset all thier passwords by hand in 4 days.
