yes it does.

i'm not a quantum physicist.. so i dont care about numerical variance.

.99 is close enough to 1 for me.

When i was a cashier, if something cost $1... and someone only had 99 cents... CLOSE ENOUGH

Actually a few years back, you had to give 1cent change. Therfore, Mr Guyver, you are wrong and Hal is a troll

Just FYI, A troll is someone who intends to provoke emotional responses from people with their posts. That's not me.

Also, what is the deal with your system of measurement?

When are you going to accept the metric system. See, if you understood the metric system you would realize that .99 does not = 1

And for the other haters out there. Mcdonalds in Australia is getting really good. Srsly.

When are you going to accept the metric system.

i have been authorized by the Bureau of Weights and Measurments to make the following offer:

If the UK bans the user known as Hal9000 from EVER accessing the internet, we will being transitioning to the metric system.

OK UK... the ball is in your court now.

edit:
and we require proof... signed statements from Downing Street, The Prime Minister, The Internet Watchers Bureau and Torchwood, verifying said banning.

and that distills down to a burger with mexican salsa, cheese sauce, cheese slices with peppers, pepperoni, and a bun infected with melted cheese - wtf?!?

If uk and america are at war? Why would they assist you in catching up with the rest of the world? Keep your crappy system of measurement. Stay in the cave man era.

At least a troll means to do something with their posts, rather than doing it by accident.

As for that Texas burger, unless it comes with a free handgun it's not authentic.
