To emphasize how little men care about women's shoes - Quick, without looking, could you even say color of ANY woman's shoes in your office.

In fact, I couldn't even tell you if they are even wearing shoes.
One lady in the office takes hers off a lot.

There are no women in my office area. But I hate it when shoes don't match an outfit. I mean WTF? Just put some consideration into it. It's not that hard.
