i love those..

when i get a user who cant seem to follow directions and gets all pissy about it..

it goes to the "ok sir, i'm going to need you to ship the laptop or desktop back to us so we can see what's occurring"

why? cuz you can't follow simple directions so now you're gonna be without your machine for a week.
