It is really offensive for u to call me an idiot and please tell me how can I use a "search" function in this forum to find what i have just posted. I have tried to use "America: The Good Neighbor"(it is the topic of that article) this as my search topic and there is no search results found. What's wrong with u? Why do u have to hurt people in the first place to show you are way outsmart others? Ppl like you always like to hurt other person's feeling really create our society big problems. Can't you just have a little love or heart for others? I post it because i find it worth to read and i like to share with everyone else and i did a search with the search function and post it in the OT forum. I am sorry if I don't have time to go thru page by page in the anandtech forum because I need to work. I do apologize for the post but I also demand an apology from you. If u can only learn from a anandtecher named bunker who knows how to use private message to alarm me about this topic has been post several times. I am gonna post this PM in the OT forum and let everyone else to read it.

I posted a link to a satire of the windows operating system a couple days ago. I also had searched in advance, and came up empty. It turned out it had been posted many times before.

It happens. Lots of people wanted to be the FIRST to be "angry" with me. I think it gives them a sense of superiority. Whatever. Ignore the jerks, and forget it. I added the phrase APPARENTLY A REPOST SO SHOOT ME to the title and gave a short apology. This was good enough for some, but others wanted to make a big deal abou it. It's their problem. I'm not perfect like they are, apparently.

Don't worry about it. If people don't want to read something, they should ignore it. Replying "angrily" (I don't see how they could actually get worked up over something so trivial) to the post only prolongs the "hated" repost. If they weren't so busy proving their sanctimonious superiority it would pass from the front page in moments.

You know in your heart that it was an honest mistake at worst, and trivially insignificant in any case. Don't let the JERK BANDWAGON (i.e. moralpanic) upset you in the least. Their responses speak volumes about their non-existent value to this forum.
