Attention Dixiesys users (domain hosting)

Just got this email and I know quite a few of us are still using Dixiesys...

This coming Saturday, September 23, we're going to move to our new cage
in GNAX's new data center.

Downtime will be as long as it takes to take the servers downstairs,
load 'em up in a truck, drive to the new data center, mount them, and
turn them back on. IPs shouldn't change so I'd figure each server
shouldn't be down much over 2 hours.

This is a mandatory move for us, they're closing the 17th and 8th floor
data centers "soon" and we MUST move to the new facility, else I'd sit
tight, I hate moving servers.

So to recap, Saturday, September 23rd, servers are being moved, downtime
should be a couple hours hopefully LESS.

When I start taking servers down we will put up a notice in the helpdesk
and irc.

This affects everyone in our cage at GNAX which is to say EVERYONE
except those very few who are on the new Burst.net servers (servers
bst001 bst002 bst003 and bst004) if your server isn't one of those, and
it probably isn't, your server you are on is going down for a little
while saturday afternoon.
