Attention Criminals

My girlfiend's car was broken into last night and the usuals were taken, CDs, glovebox emptied, etc.

As a courtesy, would you criminals not take things you don't plan on selling/keeping? For instance, she is an elementry school teacher and had about $100 of teaching books (not textbooks) taken from her car. Next time, leave the books. I can understand you want the CDs, or the clothes, or the hidden gas money, or any number of useful things. But why, oh why would you take something that you have no possible use for and are just going to throw away!?

Fvcking jerkoffs.

It was one of her students, man!!! He lost his books (freak boating accident) and took hers so he wouldn't get in trouble. The irony is astonishing.

J/K.

That sucks, man. Hopefully, her insurance will cover any damages/loss.

That shiat sucks!! I had my car keyed at my apartment complex where i don't even know anyone. Its gonna cost 1200 to fix!!! What was the point of that!!!!

Fvcking jerkoffs!

seeing as the likelyhood of one of the members of these boards was the one who committed the act is pretty slim...you might want to try www.illstealyoursh!t.com....

hmm...maybe she was robbed by her arch-teacher-nemesis! 😛 But really, sorry to hear that happned, that is really stupid if they just throw it away...but you know, some school books are expenisve and you could sell them.

those guys are so poor, the need to steal things. but at the same time they would be ready to really lern something. so everytime they CAN steal elementary school books, they do....

but seriously; that sucks!!!

Have a look around the parking lot/neighbourhood... most likely it was just kids that were goofing around, i doubt anybody is going to carry textbooks around all night.

You read my mind, I'm going dumpster diving after work... sounds fun!

As far as insurance goes, her deductible is more than the $100 of books, it wouldn't be worth it. And the CD losses were mostly "backups" or mixes, so no real loss.

My car was broken into while I was at the gym one day; my wallet was in the car (safer then taking it in the gym).

Thankfully they took all my money and stuff, but left my drivers licence and other things like that. At least the dirtbag had an ounce of respect.

Kind of like fighting. If you are going to kick my ass no matter what I do, please at least try not to break anything, cause long term damage, or hit me in the nads.

Thanks.
