Attention Canadian Computer Shoppers...

I've got some friends who are going to buy a computer and even though I can't stand the idea of not building my own rig, these two kids are are n00b's, so I'm wondering if you guys have any ideas on who gives the best support? Dell, IBM, Gateway, etc. (or even Resellers who might?)

I'm told Gateway gives the best support suprisingly enough.
I still like Dells better though.
