Is it true that fedex wont refund you if this delayed your overnight package? I had a galaxy nexus overnight shipped on monday and was suppose to be here by tuesday 3pm. It obviously didnt show up and is still on transit. I called my retailer and ask for refund since I paid $27 to over night it, and they said fedex dont refund on "god's nature" delays........
