I'm in the Outer Banks thinking about heading north up to the Philly area tonight. Anyone know how 12/158/168 and the Bridge Tunnel then 13 are doing right now? 12 seems to be clear where I'm at but I can't find any specific status on roads north of here. Everything passable? I don't want to leave and only be able to make it halfway.
