Just heard it on the radio. Apparently, an attempted hijacking of an Italian jetliner failed. Looking for link.....

What's so strange about hijacking a plane on its way to France? Who'd want to go to France in the first place?

Cause the guy probably realized he got on the wrong plane and was trying to avoid ending up in Paris

The dumbass probably thought he'd be on a plane full of French surrender monkeys. I guess he was wrong.

LMFAO... thats wonderful ;)

When will these idiots realize the hijacking thing just does not work anymore? Hijacking worked for a whole hour and 10 minutes on 9/11. As soon as the passengers on the last plane learned their fate whether they acted or not, the whole hijacking device died.

He took over the plane, announced he was a member of Al Qaeda, forced the pilot to fly to France, and then surrendered. Well at least he didn't hurt anybody. Seems like they have great security on Al Italia (Sarcasm).

It looks like in this case hijacking did work. The passengers and crew did exactly what he wanted, which is not what I would have expected post 9/11.

Why am I having a hard time believing that this guy is actually al Qaeda?

regarding the *Vikings* - i thought it was common knowledge that we discovered the America's & the Indigenous Ones

also we didn't rape / plunder etc the land / people's there . . . in fact - our blood is spread from the East to the West - from
those that killed our people's . . .

as an added note - we have always been great woodworker's / shipbuilder's and somewhat brilliant minds - well - @ least
in my family's blood . . . which we became part of the *Indigenous* through 'Their Choice' or a mutual Choice . . .

as 4 Columbus & his gang of clowns - i don't have words 4 the idiots . . . :disgust:

Actually the viking who found america and his whole family was pretty rotten. First they were banished from Norway, they came to Iceland. Then they were banished from Iceland, they came to Greenland. Then part of them went to America and lasted only one vinter there before being banished. Then later for some reason every viking who was living in Greenland suddenly just disapeared.

As a side note, Vikings were also known for their keen sense of sarcasm and their sharp wit.

That sorta sucks though. It says the dude was armed...they really need to bulk up security...if security in Europe is anything like the U.S., if he could get on the plane, he could easily get to another terminal with minimal screening and do more damage...

Lucky it wasn't coming from France. Pilots and crew would have surrendered.
