Attempt of Credit Card Fraud

I keep getting emails from I suspect to be the same person trying to buy my xbox that I listed on Amazon, its all bogus and they are trying to ripp me off.

Also I got a bogus Amazon email asking for my numbers inckuding my Pin, where should I report the email address too in order for it to be stopped?
