attbi usenet probs?

anyone having problems the past 3 days or so with all the binary posts being incomplete?

usually it's an awesome provider, unlimited dl @ 200KB/s but all of a sudden it seemed to crap out.

Maybe they capped it? I have SBC in Connecticut, and all of the posts in the newsgroups from the past ~3 days download slow as sh!t, but ones that are older then that(if they're still alive) download at my usual max of ~166k/sec

download speeds are still fine, but the posts put up by other guys are all incomplete. other servers like newsguy have the full posts however. i'm just hoping this isn't a permanent thing.

I have attbi on the west coast in the bay area and it's been working fine for me.
