The boss bought a new puppy over the weekend. She's a 3-month old weiner dog named Feather. :D She was brought into the office yesterday and I kicked myself for not leaving my digicam at work. Well, she was brought to the office again today! :Q :D

omfg I friggin love this puppy. :D She's so adorable! She likes to climb over the toe of my boots when I'm standing and ride on the toe of my boot when I walk around in little circles for her  Right now she's being kept with one of my office mates in her office. The door's wide open like it always is, but we lined up some manila file folder boxes along the bottom, between the door jams so she can put her paws up on the boxes to see out, but can't run free in this 18k square-feet building. :p

Movies:

feather1 (930k and boring)
feather2 (1.8M and slightly humorous)
feather3 (4.5M - hilarity ensues!)

There's nothing more detrimental to a creative and idea-spawning environment than one of those "real tight ship" environments. We don't run a "nose to the grindstone, mind your own business, and think inside the box" kind of place here. :)

Check out a company based in Richmond, VA, called "Play". They're a "caldron of creativity". The corner conference room is called the "playroom." Employees invent their own titles, some of which include the person "in charge of what's next," the "voice of reason," "check, please," and "1.21 jigawatts." :D They're encouraged to take awesome sabbaticals to learn things, have fun, and anything else that promotes creativity.

Anyway, that's a whole different topic. Was the "Kruger" name supposed to be a funny or something?

Calm down..it was a joke. And Kruger is one of George's boss on Seinfeld. He nick named George "Koko the Monkey" so George went and hired a new employee named Koko b/c Kruger would never allow two Koko's. It prompted Jerry to say "sounds like he runs a real tight ship".
