Attaching a CAT5 'head' to bare wire; what colors go where?

1-8: WH/OR OR/WH WH/GR BL/WH WH/BL GR/WH WH/BR BR/WH

To double-check: odd pins WH dominant, even pins color dominant. Orange 1-2 are TX, Green 3-6 are RX. Blue/Brown don't matter for 10/100 (but do for gigabit!).
 
Correction:

White-orange, orange, white-green, BLUE, white-blue, green, white-brown, brown

or swap the oranges and the greens to get 568a
