Hard to find anyone to contact locally on the ATT wireless website. I ended up talking to some mumbling guy who is supposedly up in Rochester somewhere, though he sounded like he was in Mumbai to me. Anyway, just looking to get an ATT rep to come in, review our wireless bills, and make us an offer.
The email addy for the guy i was dealing with was name@attmobility.suth.com. Looks like ATT wireless outsources their business sales to Sutherland Global Services. If this is the case, don't know if I have much of a chance of getting somebody in here to do this.
